Animal Spirit Workshop
A guided workshop where participants are asked to connect with their animal spirit, totem or clan.
Group meditations are offered for all individuals to make connections to their Animal Spirits.
A variety of materials are used – acrylic paint, oil pastels, pencil crayons, paint brushes, plates for mixing paints, water containers, erasers and more. Schools and participants are responsible for art supplies.
Duration: In a school setting 2-3 hours or more is needed for each class. For adults, 1-2 days would be essential.
