Mural Project Workshop

The students and I formulate themes/ideas that they would like to create a mural about. Each idea is considered. We vote and decide what would add to our theme and begin to draw on the stretched canvases. Group decisions are made at each step of the process. The group is broken in two in order to have the space needed to work on the mural.

Materials used are acrylic paint, stretched canvas and pencils, paint brushes, plates for mixing paints, water containers and erasers.

Schools and participants are responsible for supplies.
